Abd al-Samad told us, he said Harb told us, he said Yahya ibn Abi Kathir told us, from Abu Salamah, that Abu Sufyan ibn al-Mughirah al-Thaqafi told him that he entered upon Umm Habibah, wife of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and she called for some sawiq for him, and he drank. She said to him, "O son of my brother, will you not perform wudu?" He said, "I have not done anything requiring it." She said, "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, 'Perform wudu from what the fire has touched.'"
