حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ عَنِ امْرَأَتِهِ عَنْ أُخْتٍ لِحُذَيْفَةَ قَالَتْ خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ لَا تَحَلَّيْنَ الذَّهَبَ أَمَا لَكُنَّ فِي الْفِضَّةِ مَا تَحَلَّيْنَ بِهِ مَا مِنْكُنَّ امْرَأَةٌ تَحَلَّى ذَهَبًا تُظْهِرُهُ إِلَّا عُذِّبَتْ بِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Waki' narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Mansur, from Rib'i, from his wife, from a sister of Hudhayfah, she said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, addressed us and said: O assembly of women, do not adorn yourselves with gold. Do you not have in silver what you may adorn yourselves with? There is no woman among you who adorns herself with gold and displays it, but she will be punished for it.
