Yunus told us: Layth — meaning Ibn Sa'd — told us, from Hisham, from his father, from Asma', similarly, and he said, 'while she was a polytheist during the truce of Quraysh and its term, when they made a treaty with the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him).'
