Ya'qub and Sa'd narrated to us, they said: Our father narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, who said: Muhammad ibn Ibrahim ibn al-Harith al-Taymi narrated to me, from Ishaq ibn Sahl ibn Abi Hathma, from his father, from Aisha, wife of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: There was a girl from the Ansar in my care, and I married her off. She said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, entered upon me on the day of her wedding celebration and did not hear any merriment, so he said, "O Aisha, this tribe of the Ansar loves such and such (i.e., music and celebration at weddings)."
