حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ مَوْلَى قُرَيْبَةَ عَنْ قُرَيْبَةَ بِنْتِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْوِصَالِ فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّكَ تُوَاصِلُ قَالَ إِنِّي أَبِيتُ يُطْعِمُنِي رَبِّي وَيَسْقِينِي.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Wahb ibn Jarir told us, Shu’ba told us, from Asim, client of Qurayba, from Qurayba bint Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakr, from Aisha, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade continuous fasting (wisal). It was said, "O Messenger of Allah, but you practice it!" He said: "I spend the night with my Lord feeding me and giving me drink."
