Hammad ibn Khalid told us, Malik told us, from al-Zuhri, from Urwa, from Aisha, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, when he fell ill, would recite over himself the two Mu’awwidhatayn and blow with light spittle. Aisha said: "When his illness grew heavy, I began blowing them over him and wiping with his right hand, seeking its blessing."
