حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً دَخَلَتْ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَإِذَا رُمْحٌ مَنْصُوبٌ فَقَالَتْ مَا هَذَا الرُّمْحُ فَقَالَتْ نَقْتُلُ بِهِ الْأَوْزَاغَ ثُمَّ حَدَّثَتْ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لَمَّا أُلْقِيَ فِي النَّارِ جَعَلَتْ الدَّوَابُّ كُلُّهَا تُطْفِئُ عَنْهُ إِلَّا الْوَزَغَ فَإِنَّهُ جَعَلَ يَنْفُخُهَا عَلَيْهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Aisha reported: A woman entered upon Aisha and saw a spear standing up. She asked: "What is this spear?" She said: "We kill geckos with it." Then she narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) that when Ibrahim was thrown into the fire, all the creatures tried to extinguish it except the gecko, which kept blowing on it.
