حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ أَبِي حَرَّةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا قَامَ مِنْ اللَّيْلِ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ يَتَجَوَّزُ فِيهِمَا.

Yahya narrated to us, from Abu Harrah, he said: al-Hasan narrated to us, from Sa'd ibn Hisham, from Aisha, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, when he rose at night, would pray two rak'ahs, making them brief.
