حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ بُكَيْرًا حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ دَخَلَ الْبَيْتَ وَجَدَ فِيهِ صُورَةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَصُورَةَ مَرْيَمَ فَقَالَ أَمَّا هُمْ فَقَدْ سَمِعُوا أَنَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ لَا تَدْخُلُ بَيْتًا فِيهِ صُورَةٌ هَذَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ مُصَوَّرًا فَمَا بَالُهُ يَسْتَقْسِمُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
When the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) entered the House (Ka'bah), he found in it images of Ibrahim and Maryam. He said: 'As for these people, they have heard that the angels do not enter a house in which there is an image. This is Ibrahim depicted — why is he shown casting lots (by divination arrows)?'
