حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ قَالَ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ فَأَخْبَرَنِي عُرْوَةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ فَلَمَّا مَضَتْ تِسْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ لَيْلَةً دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ بَدَأَ بِي فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّكَ أَقْسَمْتَ أَنْ لَا تَدْخُلَ عَلَيْنَا شَهْرًا وَإِنَّكَ قَدْ دَخَلْتَ مِنْ تِسْعٍ وَعِشْرِينَ أَعُدُّهُنَّ فَقَالَ إِنَّ الشَّهْرَ تِسْعٌ وَعِشْرُونَ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا عَائِشَةُ إِنِّي ذَاكِرٌ لَكِ أَمْرًا فَلَا عَلَيْكِ أَنْ لَا تَعْجَلِي فِيهِ حَتَّى تَسْتَأْمِرِي أَبَوَيْكِ ثُمَّ قَرَأَ عَلَيَّ الْآيَةَ { يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُلْ لِأَزْوَاجِكَ حَتَّى بَلَغَ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا } قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ قَدْ عَلِمَ أَنَّ أَبَوَيَّ لَمْ يَكُونَا يَأْمُرَانِي بِفِرَاقِهِ قَالَتْ فَقُلْتُ أَفِي هَذَا أَسْتَأْمِرُ أَبَوَيَّ فَإِنِّي أُرِيدُ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَالدَّارَ الْآخِرَةَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, from Ma'mar, who said: al-Zuhri said: Urwah informed me, from Aisha, who said: When twenty-nine nights had passed, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, came in to me -- she said, he began with me first -- and I said: O Messenger of Allah, you swore that you would not come in to us for a month, yet you have come in after twenty-nine, as I have counted them. He said: The month is sometimes twenty-nine. Then he said: O Aisha, I am going to mention something to you, but there is no harm if you do not hasten in it until you consult your parents. Then he recited to me the verse: {O Prophet, say to your wives...} up to {a great reward}. Aisha said: He knew that my parents would not order me to part from him. She said: So I said: Shall I consult my parents about this? I desire Allah and His Messenger and the abode of the Hereafter.
