حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ وَعَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ أُمَّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتَ جَحْشٍ اسْتُحِيضَتْ سَبْعَ سِنِينَ وَكَانَتْ امْرَأَةَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ فَسَأَلَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا هَذَا عِرْقٌ وَلَيْسَتْ بِحَيْضَةٍ فَاغْتَسِلِي وَصَلِّي قَالَ فَكَانَتْ تَغْتَسِلُ عِنْدَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yazid narrated to us: Ibn Abi Dhi'b informed us, from al-Zuhri, from Urwah and Amrah bint Abd al-Rahman, from A'ishah, that Umm Habibah bint Jahsh suffered from istihadah for seven years - she was the wife of Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf - and she asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about that, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "This is only [from] a vein, and is not menstruation, so perform ghusl and pray." So she would perform ghusl before every prayer.
