حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا كَهْمَسٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ صَوْمِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَتْ مَا عَلِمْتُهُ صَامَ شَهْرًا حَتَّى يُفْطِرَ مِنْهُ وَلَا أَفْطَرَ حَتَّى يَصُومَ مِنْهُ حَتَّى مَضَى لِسَبِيلِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Waki' narrated to us: Kahmas narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Shaqiq, who said: "I asked A'ishah about the fasting of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and she said: 'I never knew him to fast an entire month without breaking it at some point, nor to leave a month without fasting some of it, until he passed on his way [died].'"
