حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْحُدَيَّا وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْغُرَابُ.

Abd al-A'la told us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from Urwah b. al-Zubayr, from Aishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Five are noxious creatures to be killed even within the sanctuary: the scorpion, the mouse, the kite, the biting dog, and the crow."
