Muhammad b. Fudayl told us: Hisham told us, from his father, from Aishah, that she said: The sun eclipsed, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prayed, prolonging the standing, then he bowed, prolonging the bowing, then he rose before prostrating, prolonging the standing, though shorter than the first standing, then he bowed, prolonging it but shorter than the first bowing, then he prostrated. Then he stood for the second rak'ah and did the like of what he did in the first rak'ah, except that the first of his standing was longer than the last, and the first of his bowing was longer than the last. He completed his prayer, and the sun had already cleared.
