حَدَّثَنَا يَعْمَرُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا رِشْدِينُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هَانِئٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَالِكٍ الْجَنْبِيِّ أَنَّ فَضَالَةَ بْنَ عُبَيْدٍ وَعُبَادَةَ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ حَدَّثَاهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ وَفَرَغَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى مِنْ قَضَاءِ الْخَلْقِ فَيَبْقَى رَجُلَانِ فَيُؤْمَرُ بِهِمَا إِلَى النَّارِ فَيَلْتَفِتُ أَحَدُهُمَا فَيَقُولُ الْجَبَّارُ تَبَارَكَ اسْمُهُ رُدُّوهُ فَيَرُدُّوهُ فَيُقَالُ لَهُ لِمَ الْتَفَتَّ يَعْنِي فَيَقُولُ قَدْ كُنْتُ أَرْجُو أَنْ تُدْخِلَنِي الْجَنَّةَ قَالَ فَيُؤْمَرُ بِهِ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ فَيَقُولُ لَقَدْ أَعْطَانِي رَبِّي عَزَّ وَجَلَّ حَتَّى لَوْ أَنِّي أَطْعَمْتُ أَهْلَ الْجَنَّةِ مَا نَقَصَ ذَلِكَ مِمَّا عِنْدِي شَيْئًا قَالَا وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا ذَكَرَهُ يُرَى السُّرُورُ فِي وَجْهِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Ya'mar bin Bishr narrated to us, who said: Abdullah narrated to us, who said: Rishdin bin Sa'd informed us, who said: Abu Hani' al-Khawlani narrated to me, from Amr bin Malik al-Janbi, that Fadalah bin Ubayd and Ubadah bin as-Samit narrated to him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: When it is the Day of Resurrection, and Allah, the Exalted, has finished judging His creation, two men will remain, and it will be ordered that they be taken to the Fire. One of them will turn and look back, and the Almighty, blessed be His name, will say: Bring him back. So he will be brought back, and it will be said to him: Why did you look back? — meaning he will say: I had hoped You would admit me to Paradise. So he will be ordered to Paradise, and he will say: My Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, has given me so much that even if I fed all the people of Paradise, it would not diminish what I have in the least. They said: And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, when he mentioned this, joy could be seen on his face.
