حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ وَابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمَعْنَى عَنْ رَجُلٍ حَدَّثَهُمْ فِي مَجْلِسِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ قَالَ ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ شَيْخٍ فِي مَجْلِسِ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عُبَيْدٍ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ امْرَأَتَيْنِ صَامَتَا وَأَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ هَاهُنَا امْرَأَتَيْنِ قَدْ صَامَتَا وَإِنَّهُمَا قَدْ كَادَتَا أَنْ تَمُوتَا مِنْ الْعَطَشِ فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ أَوْ سَكَتَ ثُمَّ عَادَ وَأُرَاهُ قَالَ بِالْهَاجِرَةِ قَالَ يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ إِنَّهُمَا وَاللَّهِ قَدْ مَاتَتَا أَوْ كَادَتَا أَنْ تَمُوتَا قَالَ ادْعُهُمَا قَالَ فَجَاءَتَا قَالَ فَجِيءَ بِقَدَحٍ أَوْ عُسٍّ فَقَالَ لِإِحْدَاهُمَا قِيئِي فَقَاءَتْ قَيْحًا أَوْ دَمًا وَصَدِيدًا وَلَحْمًا حَتَّى قَاءَتْ نِصْفَ الْقَدَحِ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِلْأُخْرَى قِيئِي فَقَاءَتْ مِنْ قَيْحٍ وَدَمٍ وَصَدِيدٍ وَلَحْمٍ عَبِيطٍ وَغَيْرِهِ حَتَّى مَلَأَتْ الْقَدَحَ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنَّ هَاتَيْنِ صَامَتَا عَمَّا أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ وَأَفْطَرَتَا عَلَى مَا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَيْهِمَا جَلَسَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا إِلَى الْأُخْرَى فَجَعَلَتَا يَأْكُلَانِ لُحُومَ النَّاسِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It was narrated from Ubayd, freedman of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: that two women were fasting, and a man said, "O Messenger of Allah, there are two women here who have been fasting and have nearly died of thirst." He turned away, or remained silent, then the man returned - and I think this was said to be at midday - and said, "O Prophet of Allah, by Allah, they have died, or have nearly died!" He said, "Call them." They came. A bowl or large cup was brought, and he said to one of them, "Vomit," and she vomited pus, or blood and discharge, and flesh, until she had vomited half the bowl. Then he said to the other, "Vomit," and she vomited pus, blood, discharge, raw flesh, and other matter, until she filled the bowl. Then he said, "These two fasted from what Allah made lawful, and broke their fast on what Allah made unlawful for them - each of them sat with the other, and they began to eat the flesh of people [through backbiting]."
