حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ حَرَّمَ مَكَّةَ فَلَمْ تَحِلَّ لِأَحَدٍ كَانَ قَبْلِي وَلَا تَحِلُّ لِأَحَدٍ بَعْدِي وَإِنَّمَا أُحِلَّتْ لِي سَاعَةً مِنْ نَهَارٍ لَا يُخْتَلَى خَلَاهَا وَلَا يُعْضَدُ شَجَرُهَا وَلَا يُنَفَّرُ صَيْدُهَا وَلَا تُلْتَقَطُ لُقَطَتُهَا إِلَّا لِمُعَرِّفٍ فَقَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ إِلَّا الْإِذْخِرَ لِصَاغَتِنَا وَقُبُورِنَا قَالَ إِلَّا الْإِذْخِرَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Indeed Allah the Almighty made Makkah sacred. It was not lawful for anyone before me, and it will not be lawful for anyone after me. It was made lawful for me only for a brief time of one day. Its thorny plants are not to be uprooted, its trees are not to be cut down, its game is not to be startled, and its lost property is not to be picked up except by one who announces it.' Al-Abbas said: 'Except the idhkhir (lemongrass), for our goldsmiths and our graves.' He said: 'Except the idhkhir.'
