حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ عَنْ أَبِي زُهَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ النَّفَقَةُ فِي الْحَجِّ كَالنَّفَقَةِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِسَبْعِ مِائَةِ ضِعْفٍ.

Bakr ibn Isa told us: Abu Awanah told us: Ata ibn al-Sa'ib told us, from Abu Zuhayr, from Abdullah ibn Buraydah, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Spending on Hajj is like spending in the cause of Allah - seven hundredfold.
