حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْجَنَّةُ مِائَةُ دَرَجَةٍ مَا بَيْنَ كُلِّ دَرَجَتَيْنِ مَسِيرَةُ مِائَةِ عَامٍ وَقَالَ عَفَّانُ كَمَا بَيْنَ السَّمَاءِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ وَالْفِرْدَوْسُ أَعْلَاهَا دَرَجَةً وَمِنْهَا تَخْرُجُ الْأَنْهَارُ الْأَرْبَعَةُ وَالْعَرْشُ مِنْ فَوْقِهَا وَإِذَا سَأَلْتُمْ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى فَاسْأَلُوهُ الْفِرْدَوْسَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yazid told us, Hammam ibn Yahya told us - Affan told us, Hammam told us, Zayd ibn Aslam told us, from Ata' ibn Yasar, from Ubadah ibn al-Samit, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "Paradise has a hundred levels, between every two levels is a distance of a hundred years' journey" - and Affan said, "like what is between the heaven and the earth" - "and al-Firdaws is its highest level, and from it the four rivers flow out, and the Throne is above it. So when you ask Allah, Blessed and Exalted, ask Him for al-Firdaws."
