حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ مَعْدَانَ عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ أَنَا بِعُقْرِ حَوْضِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَذُودُ عَنْهُ النَّاسَ لِأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ وَأَضْرِبُهُمْ بِعَصَايَ حَتَّى يَرْفَضَّ عَنْهُمْ قَالَ قِيلَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا سَعَتُهُ قَالَ مِنْ مَقَامِي إِلَى عُمَانَ يَغُتُّ فِيهِ مِيزَابَانِ يَمُدَّانِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Salim, from Ma'dan, from Thawban, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I will be at the side of my Basin on the Day of Resurrection, driving people away from it for the people of Yemen, striking them with my staff until it overflows for them." It was said to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "What is its extent?" He said: "From where I am standing to 'Uman. Two spouts pour into it and supply it."
