Wakee' told us, Hammad ibn Salamah told us, from Abu Ghalib, from Abu Umamah, who said: A man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, while he was at the first jamrah, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, which jihad is best?" He said: He was silent and did not answer him. Then he asked him at the second jamrah, and he said to him the same. Then when the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, had thrown at Jamrat al-Aqabah and placed his foot in the stirrup, he said: "Where is the questioner?" [The man asked again, and the Prophet] said: "A word of justice before an unjust ruler."
