حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي طَالِبٍ الضُّبَعِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَأَنْ أَذْكُرَ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى مِنْ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ أُكَبِّرُ وَأُهَلِّلُ وَأُسَبِّحُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَعْتِقَ أَرْبَعًا مِنْ وَلَدِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَلَأَنْ أَذْكُرَ اللَّهَ مِنْ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ إِلَى أَنْ تَغِيبَ الشَّمْسُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ أَنْ أَعْتِقَ كَذَا وَكَذَا مِنْ وَلَدِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Sulayman ibn Harb told us, Hammad ibn Salamah told us, from Ali ibn Zayd, from Abu Talib al-Dhuba'i, from Abu Umamah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "That I remember Allah, Exalted is He, from sunrise, saying 'Allahu Akbar,' 'La ilaha illallah,' and 'Subhan Allah,' is dearer to me than to free four of the descendants of Isma'il; and that I remember Allah from the afternoon prayer until the sun sets is dearer to me than to free such-and-such of the descendants of Isma'il."
