حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ كَاذِبًا لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ رَجُلٍ أَوْ قَالَ أَخِيهِ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ وَأُنْزِلَ تَصْدِيقُ ذَلِكَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ { إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللَّهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا أُولَئِكَ لَا خَلَاقَ لَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَى عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ } قَالَ فَلَقِيَنِي الْأَشْعَثُ فَقَالَ مَا حَدَّثَكُمْ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ الْيَوْمَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهُ كَذَا وَكَذَا قَالَ فِيَّ أُنْزِلَتْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us, Shu'bah told us, from Sulayman, from Abu Wa'il, from Abdullah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he said: Whoever swears a false oath to seize thereby the property of a man - or he said, his brother - will meet Allah, Mighty and Majestic, while He is angry with him, and confirmation of that was revealed in the Qur'an: Indeed, those who exchange the covenant of Allah and their own oaths for a small price - those will have no share in the Hereafter, and for them is a painful punishment. He said: Then al-Ash'ath met me and said: What did Abdullah relate to you today? I said to him: Such-and-such. He said: It was revealed about me.
