حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيْنَ نَنْزِلُ غَدًا فِي حَجَّتِهِ قَالَ وَهَلْ تَرَكَ لَنَا عَقِيلٌ مَنْزِلًا ثُمَّ قَالَ نَحْنُ نَازِلُونَ غَدًا إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ بِخَيْفِ بَنِي كِنَانَةَ يَعْنِي الْمُحَصَّبَ حَيْثُ قَاسَمَتْ قُرَيْشٌ عَلَى الْكُفْرِ وَذَلِكَ أَنَّ بَنِي كِنَانَةَ حَالَفَتْ قُرَيْشًا عَلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ أَنْ لَا يُنَاكِحُوهُمْ وَلَا يُبَايِعُوهُمْ وَلَا يُؤْوُهُمْ ثُمَّ قَالَ عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ لَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ وَلَا الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَالْخَيْفُ الْوَادِي.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Razzaq told us, Ma'mar told us, from al-Zuhri, from Ali ibn Husayn, from Amr ibn Uthman, from Usamah ibn Zayd, who said: I said: O Messenger of Allah, where shall we stay tomorrow - during his Farewell Hajj. He said: Has Aqil left us any house? Then he said: We shall stay tomorrow, if Allah wills, at Khayf Bani Kinanah - meaning al-Muhassab - where Quraysh made their pact upon disbelief. That was because Banu Kinanah had allied with Quraysh against Banu Hashim, that they would not intermarry with them, nor trade with them, nor shelter them. Then he said at that point: The disbeliever does not inherit from the Muslim, nor does the Muslim inherit from the disbeliever. Al-Zuhri said: Al-Khayf means the valley.
