Abd al-Aziz ibn Abd as-Samad narrated to us: Abu Imran al-Jawni narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn as-Samit, from Abu Dharr, who said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah, what are the vessels of the [Heavenly] Pool (al-Hawd)?" He said: "By the One in whose hand is my soul, its vessels are more numerous than the stars and planets of the sky on a dark, clear night -- vessels of Paradise. Whoever drinks from it will never thirst again. Two spouts from Paradise pour into it; whoever drinks from it will never thirst. Its width is like its length, [extending] between Amman and Aylah. Its water is whiter than milk and sweeter than honey."
