حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُ قَائِمًا عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ ثُمَّ يَقُومُ فَيَخْطُبُ قَائِمًا قَالَ فَقَالَ لِي جَابِرٌ مَنْ نَبَّأَكَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَخْطُبُ قَاعِدًا فَقَدْ كَذَبَ فَقَدْ وَاللَّهِ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَهُ أَكْثَرَ مِنْ أَلْفَيْ صَلَاةٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Kamil narrated to us: Zuhayr narrated to us: Simak ibn Harb narrated to us, he said: Jabir ibn Samurah informed me that he saw the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, deliver a sermon standing on the pulpit, then sit, then stand and deliver a sermon standing. He said: Jabir said to me: "Whoever informs you that he used to deliver the sermon sitting has lied, for by Allah I prayed with him more than two thousand prayers."
