حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَغَزَوْنَا نَحْوَ فَارِسَ فَقَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ بَاتَ فَوْقَ بَيْتٍ لَيْسَتْ لَهُ إِجَّارٌ فَوَقَعَ فَمَاتَ فَبَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ وَمَنْ رَكِبَ الْبَحْرَ عِنْدَ ارْتِجَاجِهِ فَمَاتَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Some of the Companions of Muhammad narrated: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever sleeps on the roof of a house that has no parapet and falls and dies, no responsibility is borne for him. And whoever rides the sea when it is stormy and dies, no responsibility is borne for him.'
