حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَنْبَغِي لِلْقَاضِي وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً لِلْحَاكِمِ أَنْ يَحْكُمَ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Sufyan narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik b. 'Umayr, from 'Abd al-Rahman b. Abi Bakra, from his father, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "It is not fitting for the judge" — and Sufyan said once: "for the ruler" — "to judge between two parties while he is angry."
