حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ وَحَجَّاجٌ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عِيَاضًا أَبَا خَالِدٍ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَجُلَيْنِ يَخْتَصِمَانِ عِنْدَ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ فَقَالَ مَعْقِلُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ رَجُلٍ لَقِيَ اللَّهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: Shu'bah and Hajjaj told us - Shu'bah informed us - who said: I heard Iyad Abu Khalid say: I saw two men disputing before Ma'qil ibn Yasar, so Ma'qil ibn Yasar said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever swears an oath in order to seize by it the property of a man will meet Allah while He is angry with him."
