حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ وَابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْحَيَوَانِ بِالْحَيَوَانِ نَسِيئَةً قَالَ يَحْيَى ثُمَّ نَسِيَ الْحَسَنُ فَقَالَ إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ الصِّنْفَانِ فَلَا بَأْسَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya ibn Sa'id told us, from Ibn Abi Arubah — and Ibn Ja'far told us, Sa'id ibn Abi Arubah told us — from Qatadah, from al-Hasan, from Samurah ibn Jundub, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he forbade selling an animal for an animal on credit. Yahya said: Then al-Hasan forgot and said, 'If the two types differ, there is no harm.'
