حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَعَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ حَافِظُوا عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ قَالَ عَفَّانُ الصَّلَاةِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْوُسْطَى وَسَمَّاهَا لَنَا إِنَّمَا هِيَ صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Bahz and Affan narrated to us, they said: Aban narrated to us, Qatada narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Samura, that the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Guard the prayers, and the middle prayer" - Affan said: "the prayer and the middle prayer" - and he named it for us: "it is the Asr prayer."
