Muhammad ibn Jafar and Hajjaj narrated to us, both saying: Shubah narrated to us, from Humayd ibn Hilal, who said: I heard Mutarrif say: Imran ibn Husayn said to me: 'I will narrate to you a hadith that perhaps Allah may benefit you with. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) combined Hajj and Umrah together, and he did not forbid it until he died. No verse of the Quran was revealed prohibiting it, and he was not forbidden from it. A man gave his opinion about it as he wished' — meaning Umar.
