حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَطَنٍ حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو بُرْدَةَ قَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تُسْتَأْمَرُ الْيَتِيمَةُ فِي نَفْسِهَا فَإِنْ سَكَتَتْ فَقَدْ أَذِنَتْ وَإِنْ أَنْكَرَتْ لَمْ تُكْرَهْ قُلْتُ لِيُونُسَ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْهُ أَوْ سَمِعْتَهُ مِنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ قَالَ نَعَمْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Qatan told us: Yunus told us, he said: Abu Burdah said: Abu Musa said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "The orphan girl is to be consulted about herself; if she remains silent, that is her consent, and if she objects, she shall not be forced." I said to Yunus, "Did you hear it from him or did you hear it from Abu Burdah?" He said, "Yes."
