حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عِمْرَانَ الْجَوْنِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَعِي نَفَرٌ مِنْ قَوْمِي فَقَالَ أَبْشِرُوا وَبَشِّرُوا مَنْ وَرَاءَكُمْ إِنَّهُ مَنْ شَهِدَ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ صَادِقًا بِهَا دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ فَخَرَجْنَا مِنْ عِنْدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نُبَشِّرُ النَّاسَ فَاسْتَقْبَلَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ فَرَجَعَ بِنَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِذَنْ يَتَّكِلَ النَّاسُ قَالَ فَسَكَتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Mu'ammal b. Isma'il told us: Hammad b. Salama told us: Abu Imran al-Jawni told us, from Abu Bakr b. Abi Musa, from his father, who said: I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, along with a group of my people, and he said, "Rejoice, and give glad tidings to those behind you: whoever testifies that there is no god but Allah, truthfully believing it, enters Paradise." So we went out from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, giving glad tidings to the people. Then Umar b. al-Khattab met us and brought us back to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Umar said, "O Messenger of Allah, then the people will rely on this alone." He said: So the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, remained silent.
