حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ حَيَّانَ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ قَالَ سَحَرَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ الْيَهُودِ قَالَ فَاشْتَكَى لِذَلِكَ أَيَّامًا قَالَ فَجَاءَهُ جِبْرِيلُ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْيَهُودِ سَحَرَكَ عَقَدَ لَكَ عُقَدًا عُقَدًا فِي بِئْرِ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهَا مَنْ يَجِيءُ بِهَا فَبَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ فَاسْتَخْرَجَهَا فَجَاءَ بِهَا فَحَلَّلَهَا قَالَ فَقَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَأَنَّمَا نُشِطَ مِنْ عِقَالٍ فَمَا ذَكَرَ لِذَلِكَ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَلَا رَآهُ فِي وَجْهِهِ قَطُّ حَتَّى مَاتَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Mu'awiyah told us: al-A'mash told us, from Yazid ibn Hayyan, from Zayd ibn Arqam, who said: A man from the Jews bewitched the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. He said: So he complained of that for some days. He said: Then Gabriel, peace be upon him, came to him and said: A man from the Jews has bewitched you; he tied knots for you, one after another, in such-and-such a well. So he sent someone to bring it out. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, sent Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, and he extracted it, brought it, and undid it. He said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, then stood up as if released from a bond, and he never mentioned it to that Jew nor ever showed it in his face until he died.
