Yahya told us, from Shu'bah: al-Shaybani told me, from Ibn Abi Awfa - and 'Abd al-Rahman, from Sufyan, from al-Shaybani, who said: I heard Ibn Abi Awfa say: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade [making nabidh in] the green jar. He said: I said, "What about the white one?" He said, "I do not know."
