Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Thawr, who said: Rashid ibn Sa'd narrated to me, from Abdullah ibn Luhayy, from Abdullah ibn Qurt, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "The greatest of days with Allah is the Day of Sacrifice, then the Day of Departure." And there were brought near to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, five or six sacrificial camels for him to slaughter, and they began pressing close to him, [each as if to see] which of them he would begin with. When their flanks fell [after being slaughtered], he said a quiet word that I did not understand, so I asked one of those next to me what he had said. They said, "He said, 'Whoever wishes may take a portion.'"
