حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ جَمَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قُرَيْشًا فَقَالَ هَلْ فِيكُمْ مِنْ غَيْرِكُمْ قَالُوا لَا إِلَّا ابْنُ أُخْتِنَا وَحَلِيفُنَا وَمَوْلَانَا فَقَالَ ابْنُ أُخْتِكُمْ مِنْكُمْ وَحَلِيفُكُمْ مِنْكُمْ وَمَوْلَاكُمْ مِنْكُمْ إِنَّ قُرَيْشًا أَهْلُ صِدْقٍ وَأَمَانَةٍ فَمَنْ بَغَى لَهَا الْعَوَائِرَ أَكَبَّهُ اللَّهُ فِي النَّارِ لِوَجْهِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Waki' told us, Sufyan told us, from Ibn Khuthaym, from Isma'il ibn Ubayd ibn Rifa'a, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, gathered Quraysh and said, "Is there among you anyone who is not one of you?" They said, "No, except our sister's son, our confederate, and our freed client." He said, "Your sister's son is of you, your confederate is of you, and your freed client is of you. Indeed, Quraysh are people of truthfulness and trustworthiness; whoever seeks to bring disgrace upon them, Allah will cast him down into the Fire upon his face."
