حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَدْ وَضَعَ رِجْلَهُ فِي الْغَرْزِ أَيُّ الْجِهَادِ أَفْضَلُ قَالَ كَلِمَةُ حَقٍّ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi told us, from Sufyan, from Alqamah ibn Marthad, from Tariq ibn Shihab, that a man asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), while he had his foot in the stirrup, "Which jihad is best?" He said: "A word of truth spoken before a tyrannical ruler."
