'Abd al-Razzaq told us: Sufyan informed us, from al-A'mash, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Abdullah, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, from al-Bara' ibn 'Azib, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked: May we pray in the resting-places of camels? He said, No. He was asked, May we pray in the folds of sheep? He said, Yes. He was asked, Should we perform ablution after eating camel meat? He said, Yes. He was asked, Should we perform ablution after eating sheep meat? He said, No. Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said: 'Abdullah ibn 'Abdullah was from Rayy and was its judge, and his grandmother was a freedwoman of 'Ali, or a slave-girl; and Adam and Sa'id ibn Masruq narrated from him, and he was trustworthy.
