حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ وَأَبُو الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ قَالَ رُفِعَ إِلَى النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ رَجُلٌ أَحَلَّتْ لَهُ امْرَأَتُهُ جَارِيَتَهَا فَقَالَ لَأَقْضِيَنَّ فِيهَا بِقَضِيَّةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَئِنْ كَانَتْ أَحَلَّتْهَا لَهُ لَأَجْلِدَنَّهُ مِائَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ أَحَلَّتْهَا لَهُ لَأَرْجُمَنَّهُ قَالَ فَوَجَدَهَا قَدْ أَحَلَّتْهَا لَهُ فَجَلَدَهُ مِائَةً.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yazid told us: Sa'id b. Abi Aruba and Abu al-Ala' informed us, from Qatada, from Habib b. Salim, who said: A case was brought to al-Nu'man b. Bashir concerning a man whose wife had permitted him to have relations with her slave girl. He said, "I shall judge in this matter with the judgment of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: if she permitted it to him, I shall flog him a hundred lashes; and if she did not permit it to him, I shall stone him." He found that she had permitted it to him, so he flogged him a hundred lashes.
