حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ حَدَّثَنِي هِشَامٌ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ اسْتَشَارَهُمْ فِي إِمْلَاصِ الْمَرْأَةِ فَقَالَ لَهُ الْمُغِيرَةُ قَضَى فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْغُرَّةِ فَقَالَ لَهُ عُمَرُ إِنْ كُنْتَ صَادِقًا فَأْتِ بِأَحَدٍ يَعْلَمُ ذَلِكَ فَشَهِدَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِهِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abdul Razzaq told us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, Hisham told me from Urwah ibn al-Zubayr, that he narrated from Ibn al-Mughirah ibn Shu'bah from Umar, that he consulted them regarding a woman's miscarriage caused by assault. Al-Mughirah said to him, "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, ruled in that matter with a slave as compensation." Umar said to him, "If you are truthful, then bring someone who knows that." So Muhammad ibn Maslamah testified that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, had ruled with that.
