حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ خَارِجَةَ الْخُشَنِيَّ حَدَّثَهُمْ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَطَبَهُمْ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ وَإِنَّ رَاحِلَتَهُ لَتَقْصَعُ بِجِرَّتِهَا وَإِنَّ لُعَابَهَا يَسِيلُ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيَّ فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَدْ قَسَمَ لِكُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ نَصِيبَهُ مِنْ الْمِيرَاثِ فَلَا تَجُوزُ وَصِيَّةٌ لِوَارِثٍ الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ أَلَا وَمَنْ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ أَوْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ مِنْهُ صَرْفًا وَلَا عَدْلًا أَوْ عَدْلًا وَلَا صَرْفًا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us: Sa'id, that is, Ibn Abi 'Arubah, informed us, from Qatadah, from Shahr ibn Hawshab, from 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Ghanm, that 'Amr ibn Kharijah al-Khushani told them that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, delivered a sermon to them while on his mount, and his mount was chewing its cud, its saliva flowing between my shoulders, and he said: 'Allah, Mighty and Sublime, has apportioned to every person his share of the inheritance, so no bequest is valid for an heir. The child belongs to the marriage-bed, and for the adulterer is the stone. Indeed, whoever claims descent from other than his father, or attaches himself to other than his patrons, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people; Allah will not accept from him any compensation nor equivalent,' or 'equivalent nor compensation.'
