حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ فَيْرُوزَ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُمْ أَسْلَمُوا وَكَانَ فِيمَنْ أَسْلَمَ فَبَعَثُوا وَفْدَهُمْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِبَيْعَتِهِمْ وَإِسْلَامِهِمْ فَقَبِلَ ذَلِكَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْهُمْ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نَحْنُ مَنْ قَدْ عَرَفْتَ وَجِئْنَا مِنْ حَيْثُ قَدْ عَلِمْتَ وَأَسْلَمْنَا فَمَنْ وَلِيُّنَا قَالَ اللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ قَالُوا حَسْبُنَا رَضِينَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It was narrated to us by Yazid ibn Abd Rabbihi, who said: it was narrated to us by al-Walid ibn Muslim, who said: it was narrated to us by al-Awza'i, from Abdullah ibn Fayruz al-Daylami, from his father, that they embraced Islam, and he was among those who embraced Islam. They sent their delegation to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) with their pledge of allegiance and their acceptance of Islam, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) accepted that from them. They said: "O Messenger of Allah, we are those whom you know, and we have come from where you know, and we have embraced Islam, so who is our guardian?" He said: "Allah and His Messenger." They said: "That is enough for us; we are content."
