حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ابْنِ حَسَنَةَ قَالَ كُنَّا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَنَزَلْنَا أَرْضًا كَثِيرَةَ الضِّبَابِ قَالَ فَأَصَبْنَا مِنْهَا وَذَبَحْنَا قَالَ فَبَيْنَا الْقُدُورُ تَغْلِي بِهَا إِذْ خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أُمَّةً مِنْ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ فُقِدَتْ وَإِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ تَكُونَ هِيَ فَأَكْفِئُوهَا فَأَكْفَأْنَاهَا.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Mu'awiyah told us, al-A'mash told us, from Zayd ibn Wahb, from Abdul Rahman ibn Hasanah who said: We were with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, on a journey, and we camped in a land abounding with lizards. We caught some of them and slaughtered them. While the pots were boiling with them, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, came out to us and said: A nation of the Children of Israel went missing, and I fear that this may be it, so overturn them. So we overturned them.
