حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ إِيَادِ بْنِ لَقِيطٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو رِمْثَةَ التَّمِيمِيُّ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَعِي ابْنٌ لِي فَقَالَ هَذَا ابْنُكَ قُلْتُ نَعَمْ أَشْهَدُ بِهِ قَالَ لَا يَجْنِي عَلَيْكَ وَلَا تَجْنِي عَلَيْهِ قَالَ وَرَأَيْتُ الشَّيْبَ أَحْمَرَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hushaym told us, Abd al-Malik ibn Umayr informed us, from Iyad ibn Laqit, who said: Abu Rimthah al-Tamimi informed me, who said: I came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, with a son of mine, and he said: Is this your son? I said: Yes, I bear witness to it. He said: He does not commit a crime against you, nor do you commit a crime against him. He said: And I saw the grey hair (of the Prophet) reddish.
