حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُشَّانَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ يَقُولُ لَا أَقُولُ الْيَوْمَ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا لَمْ يَقُلْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ قَالَ عَلَيَّ مَا لَمْ أَقُلْ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ بَيْتًا مِنْ جَهَنَّمَ وَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ رَجُلَانِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي يَقُومُ أَحَدُهُمَا مِنْ اللَّيْلِ فَيُعَالِجُ نَفْسَهُ إِلَى الطَّهُورِ وَعَلَيْهِ عُقَدٌ فَيَتَوَضَّأُ فَإِذَا وَضَّأَ يَدَيْهِ انْحَلَّتْ عُقْدَةٌ وَإِذَا مَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ انْحَلَّتْ عُقْدَةٌ وَإِذَا وَضَّأَ وَجْهَهُ انْحَلَّتْ عُقْدَةٌ وَإِذَا مَسَحَ رَأْسَهُ انْحَلَّتْ عُقْدَةٌ وَإِذَا وَضَّأَ رِجْلَيْهِ انْحَلَّتْ عُقْدَةٌ فَيَقُولُ الرَّبُّ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لِلَّذِينَ وَرَاءَ الْحِجَابِ انْظُرُوا إِلَى عَبْدِي هَذَا يُعَالِجُ نَفْسَهُ مَا سَأَلَنِي عَبْدِي هَذَا فَهُوَ لَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hasan told us, Ibn Lahi'ah told us, Abu Ushanah told us, that he heard Uqbah ibn Amir say: I will not today say about the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, what he did not say. I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Whoever says about me what I did not say, let him take his seat in Hellfire. And I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Two men from my nation — one of them rises at night and struggles with himself to purify himself, and there are knots upon him; when he performs ablution and washes his hands, a knot is undone; when he wipes his head, a knot is undone; when he washes his face, a knot is undone; when he wipes his head, a knot is undone; when he washes his feet, a knot is undone. Then the Lord, Mighty and Majestic, says to those behind the veil: Look at this servant of Mine, struggling with himself — whatever my servant asks of Me is his.
