حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ شِمَاسَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْمَيِّتُ مِنْ ذَاتِ الْجَنْبِ شَهِيدٌ.

Hasan told us, Ibn Lahi'ah told us, Wahb ibn Abd Allah told us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Shimasah, from Uqbah ibn Amir, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: One who dies of pleurisy is a martyr.
