حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْمُصْعَبِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُقْبَةَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ أَكْثَرُ مُنَافِقِي هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ قُرَّاؤُهَا.

Abu Abd al-Rahman told us, Ibn Lahi'ah told us, Abu al-Mus'ab told me, who said: I heard Uqbah say: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Most of the hypocrites of this nation are its reciters (of the Qur'an).
