حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ الزُّرَقِيِّ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ أَنَّ النَّاسَ كَانُوا يُكْرُونَ الْمَزَارِعَ فِي زَمَانِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْمَاذِيَانَاتِ وَمَا سَقَى الرَّبِيعُ وَشَيْءٍ مِنْ التِّبْنِ فَكَرِهَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كِرَاءَ الْمَزَارِعِ بِهَذَا وَنَهَى عَنْهَا قَالَ رَافِعٌ وَلَا بَأْسَ بِكِرَائِهَا بِالدَّرَاهِمِ وَالدَّنَانِيرِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Qutaybah ibn Sa'id narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-'Aziz ibn Muhammad narrated to us, from Rabi'ah ibn Abi 'Abd al-Rahman, from Hanzalah al-Zurqi, from Rafi' ibn Khadij, that people used to rent out farmland in the time of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, in exchange for [produce from] the water channels, whatever the stream irrigated, and some straw. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, disliked renting farmland on this basis and forbade it. Rafi' said: There is no harm in renting it for dirhams and dinars.
